Our Founder
Marc Miller is an industry veteran with more than two decades of
commercial real estate experience in the greater New York metropolitan
area. He has been a broker and advisor to hundreds of
corporations, professional service firms and non-profit organizations
covering a wide range of size requirements and transaction complexity.
His diverse client base and close personal attention has resulted in
numerous friendships across the globe. Marc founded the firm in
2000 with the goal of creating a comfortable, trust-filled work
environment where his team can work together to craft the best solutions
to his clients’ office space requirements.
Over the years Marc has represented, as exclusive broker, many well
known “brands,” including M & T Bank, Compaq Computer, the law firm Arnold
& Porter, American Foundation for the Blind and several of the famed
Japanese trading companies, known as Sogo Shoshas. In addition,
Marc continues to assist many lesser known companies and firms
introduced by clients and through his center of influence network (See
Our Clients). All referrals get Marc’s
focus and the full resources of the firm.
Marc has relocated clients, worked on space dispositions and
negotiated lease renewals in many of New York’s flagship properties,
including Rockefeller Center, the Chrysler Building, Citicorp Center and
the Empire State Building. Marc’s friendly, low key style has
given him the moniker, the “un-broker.”
Marc graduated from Queens College of the CUNY in 1981 with a Bachelors
of Arts in Accounting and Economics.
